McConnell Bistro
Our dining hall, McConnell Bistro, serves fresh, made-from-scratch meals seven days a week. You’ll be able to choose from four different stations — Global, Comfort, Chef’s Table, and Grill — as well as a fully stocked salad bar, our meat-free Herbivore station, and an extensive dessert table.
Pay a visit to McConnell, and you’ll see why Pitzer pasta, pizza, and pad thai are beloved — both here on campus, and across the 5Cs.

Environmental Sustainability
Bringing Our Values to the Table
Much of the food we serve at McConnell is organic, locally sourced, and prepared within 48 hours of harvest. And we're working to reduce food waste, provide non-meat food options, and remove single-use plastic items from our dining halls and campus eateries.
During the 2017–2018 school year, Pitzer composted more than 39 tons of food that would have otherwise gone to waste.
